How Google is Pushing Traffic to Social Media

I typed video into google today.

First of all I want to point out that Google does not include YOUTUBE.com as an entry on this page. Insead it makes video.google.com which includes youtube.com as well.

And in the top 5 SERPs google included 2 videos.

Web 2.0 ... The Machine is Us/ing Us



(I really like this one... it also ranks for web 20)

And

Vote Different



What these two videos have in common is that they both have the over 5 million views on them. Both of these videos do not have the word video in the title of the video or in the tags.

Also note that google does now show the standard "Cached - Similar pages - Note this" on these results as they would on the regular results.

Just thought I would share this with you!
